OVERVIEW
An FMCG company has identified the need for its sales manager to view a custom dashboard in Microsoft Dynamic to track various business data & KPI's.
The task is to design a customizable data dashboard that visually tracks, analyzes & displays Key performance indicators. and metrics to help Sales Managers(SM) make the best decisions based on data.
The Process
As this project is about the needs and requirements of sales managers, I kicked off this project with understanding the role and responsibilities, KPI's, stakeholders' expectations of the Sales Manager of an FMCG company- Reckitt Benkiser.
A focused interview with follow-up questions to understand how can we best design the data dashboard for sales managers.
